The cupboards are manufactured from a white melamine, high-density particle-board. Door fronts are also available in a range of optional
colours: - light grey – code LG; velvet green – code VG; and peer classic (light timber effect) – code PC. Special colours are available to order.
All cupboards are either supported from slotted uprights that enable easy height adjustment, or hooked direct from the rail.
Hinged doors are supplied with 180-degree opening hinges with standard locks on all doors. Locks are not provided as standard on drawer units under cupboards are subject to special order. One internal adjustable shelf is supplied with every cupboard and extra shelves are available at additional cost.
Each cupboard is supplied complete with its cupboard support set fitted. Simply hook the support set plates at the height required onto the slotted uprights and hang the cupboard.
All cupboards are 325mm deep to the front face of the door. To order special colour doors, just add the code
LG, VG or PC to the product code. L/H refers to left-hand hinged door. R/H refers to right-hand hinged door.

To save valuable space in the work area when the cupboard is open, Toprail manufacture cupboards with up and over doors that slide up in one piece into the underside of the cupboard top. This ensures that the door does not protrude within the workspace when the cupboard door is open.
The carcass is manufactured in white melamine to match the standard cupboard range with a white powder coated aluminium sliding door.
Up and over cupboards are supplied with locks, one internal shelf and cupboard support set ready to hang. The cupboard is supplied in two standard widths 600mm and 750mm x 425mm high x 425mm depth.

Drawer sets are manufactured as a set of three drawers to provide further safe storage at low level or under worktops. They are fabricated from white melamine, high density particle-board to match the standard cupboard range. Drawer fronts are also available in a range of optional
colours: - light grey – code LG; velvet green – code VG; and peer classic (light timber effect) – code PC at extra cost. Locks are not provided as standard on drawer units but can be supplied to special order.
These drawer sets are 425mm deep to the front face of the drawer.

To enable you to hang cupboard units, framed panels or similar furniture that has been manufactured by another supplier onto Toprail system, Toprail provide cupboard support sets. These are supplied complete with inserts and bolts to mount the bobbins onto the unit together with support plates. Please refer to fact sheet C0 for details on the hole sizes and position.
For heavier items, the large cupboard support set has a double blade fitting around the bobbins to support the greater weight directly onto the slotted uprights. These are recommended where the weight of the equipment exceeds 60kg.
