The carcass and drawer are manufactured all round from 18mm thick white MFC with 2mm ABS lipping to edges.

Filing cabinet units are delivered assembled with three sets of twin circular steel discs which locate into the support bar. Spacer plates are already fitted to the bottom of the back each side of the carcass to fit within the groove of the slotted uprights to prevent sideways movement.
