The carcass and drawer fronts are edged with 2mm ABS lipping. Each drawer has metal sides and runs on nylon rollers, that can be fully removed and individually locked.

Each two drawer comes with a powder-coated steel support bar that hooks into the slotted uprights, and is delivered assembled with three sets of twin circular steel discs that locate into the bar. Spacer plates are already fitted to the bottom of the back and sides of the carcass to prevent sideways movement within the uprights.
